12.2005 - Semipack completes certification of another IPC certified instructor in the IPC 610 Standards. 5.2005 - SemiPack is moving! We are moving to a new facility that will double our square footage, expand our repair services and consolidate our services under one roof! 12.2004 - SemiPack begins our ISO 9001:2000 journey with targeted completion date of October 2005! Also completes acquisition of GPD CF-8, 9, 10 equipment with hundreds of die combinations. We now have the most complete prep center on the East Coast, offering competitive pricing and quick turns. Additionally, we also have a complete repair center for repairing and recovering components with the addition of our Mantis vision inspection unit, Reflow ovens and temperature profiling equipment.
